Info:
Blackberry Kush, or simply BBK. is an indica dominant strain made up of 80% indica genetics and 20% sativa genetics. The lineage of this strain is uncertain as it is believed to be one of three crosses. Afghani crossed with Blackberry, or Afghani crossed with DJ Short Blueberry or Afghani x Blackberry crossed with Bubba Kush.
This strain is another strong Indica flower which delivers a quickly onsetting buzz that consists of being very relaxed and having your thoughts and stresses fade away. Many have reported feeling the effects of this strain almost immediately after consuming. Making this another great product for insomnia, depression, anxiety, and pain.
Potency levels on this strain are ranging between 15% and 20% making this seem like a moderate strength strain, but don’t be fooled as this strain packs a punch. Even with lower THC levels we would advice using with caution until you are known to the effects as you may find yourself very unproductive. Making this a strain best suited for evening or nighttime use.
Flowers on this strain are beautiful as they are tight and shining with colour and crystals. Typically small to medium in size these buds are extremely dense. Ranging in colour you can find BBK with dark greens, bright amber pistils, and shades of purples throughout. Upon consuming this product you will note flavors of sweet fruit, with earthy undertones and mild spice.
Lab Data:
Sample submitted: “Blackberry Kush” dried cannabis flowers.
Visual Inspection: Free from visible contamination and foreign matter.
Activated vs non-activated: activated cannabinoids are non-acidic (neutral) and are the form utilized by the human brain/ body. Activation occurs via heating (smoking, vaporizing, cooking). Cannabinoids in the natural plant are acidic (non-activated) and need to be converted to their neutral form in order to be utilized by the human body. Therefore one would expect fresh cannabis buds to contain mainly non-activated cannabinoids. Processed materials (baked goods, heated extracts) should be higher in the activated forms.
Absent Cannabinoids: if a cannabinoid or terpene is blank, it is not necessarily absent but below the limit of detection by the detector (usually less than 0.01%).
•when reporting totals, acidic cannabinoids are multiplied by 0.877 to account for loss of mass from decarboxylation upon heating (activating)
