Info: Purple skunk testing out at 20.23% THC is a Sativa dominant Hybrid made up of 85% Sativa and 15% Indica genetics. This strain was created by Dutch Passion from crossing Skunk #1 and Old Purple. The name given would be from its parent strains.
This strain is said to deliver an upbeat, energetic head high which would pair great for outdoor activities or enhancing creativity. The effects of this strain are long lasting and have been reported to last up to several hours. Patients are using this product for mild depression, chronic fatigue and pain.
THC levels on this strain do not vary much as they are consistently between 18 – 21%. This strain can be mild if consumed in small amounts but is for the THC tolerant user in larger quantities. Some have even reported some paranoia or anxiety if using excess amounts. This would definitely be a daytime strain.
Flowers of this strain are small to medium in size, bright green and purple in color, with many orange hairs. When smoking this consumers report having a wine like flavor with a sudden skunkyness on the exhale, and the smell is much the same.

Visual Inspection: Free from visible contamination and foreign matter.
Activated vs non-activated: activated cannabinoids are non-acidic (neutral) and are the form utilized by the human brain/ body. Activation occurs via heating (smoking, vaporizing, cooking). Cannabinoids in the natural plant are acidic (non-activated) and need to be converted to their neutral form in order to be utilized by the human body. Therefore one would expect fresh cannabis buds to contain mainly non-activated cannabinoids. Processed materials (baked goods, heated extracts) should be higher in the activated forms.
Absent Cannabinoids: if a cannabinoid or terpene is blank, it is not necessarily absent but below the limit of detection by the detector (usually less than 0.01%).
•when reporting totals, acidic cannabinoids are multiplied by 0.877 to account for loss of mass from decarboxylation upon heating (activating)
